We can give you an idea of the problem & how much it would cost and you would need to send us the MacBook via Parcel Force from your nearest post office once we send you the postage label. Our Policy is No Fix- No Charge, if we are not able to fix your MacBook, we dont charge.

However for liquid damages, you may need to send the MacBook to us as liquid damages can result in a variety of problems apart from motherboard e.g like your keyboard, mouse, battery,screen connecting lines etc. In few cases it is not always possible to give precise repair cost over the phone without looking at the device but we keep you posted on a timely manner and proceed only if you are happy with the charges.

HOW DOES THIS WORK?
Please fill in the form or call us for booking. We will email you the postage booking label from parcel force with a ticket number on it. Please dispatch it from your nearest post office. Once we receive the item, we will call you once the device has been received which can be tracked online as well.

WHAT HAPPENS ONCE THE LAPTOP IS POSTED?
We will call you to let you know the status of item received. Our Mac Technician will diagnose the MacBook within 24hrs after we receive to call you to let you know the problem, price and timeframe required for repair. Once you are happy with our quotation and make the payment, we will go ahead with the repair. We will be in contact with you throughout the repair process.

HOW ABOUT MY DATA ON MACBOOK?
Your data is safe as long as no damage to your SSD or HDD. We will recover all your information by connecting to the to external caddies. If we are able to power on the device or fix your motherboard all your data will be as it is.

WHAT HAPPENS ONCE YOU FIX?
We will dispatch the MacBook to your booking address. Return Shipping is free of cost.

Please send us the MacBook including your charger. Charger is not mandatory to post.

HOW TO PACK?
Please pack your Macbook with a bubble wrap in a laptop fitting box. Make sure there shouldn't be any further damage to the laptop.

HOW TO MAKE PAYMENT?
Once we receive the MacBook we will diagnose it and confirm you the price. If you are happy with our price, we will send you the link for payment, Once we process the payment we will go ahead with the repair.
